Working Groups

A range of boards and committees operate as avidory to government and business enterprises.

Members are drawn from the association through annual nominations and we are currently actively improving diversity across our industry will have many long-term benefits and many individual members are making significant progress in this area. 

The past year has seen the committee refine their purpose and focus their energies on the first and most obvious challenges faced by the industry; gender inequality.

Australian Wall Street (AWS) is a growing network of young professionals in the Australian financial services sector with the common goal to integrate international students into the Australian job market. Our members include fund managers, investment bankers, quant analysts and other finance professionals working in all areas of the sector that are passionate in providing valuable career advice and insight into the industry while further building a platform that truly promotes experience and knowledge sharing.
